Most building inspectors hide their pricing behind an enquiry form so they can quote each job. We publish ours because you should know what you're paying before you book — and you should know exactly what drives the number up.

Why we don't charge a flat rate
A couple of hundred extra on the inspection is cheap insurance. A defect missed is tens of thousands.
The inspection of a two-bedroom unit and a 5 bedroom house shouldn't cost the same.
Most inspectors charge a flat rate anyway. They pick a single price that averages across all jobs — which means small properties subsidise large ones, or large ones get short-changed to keep the price down.
We price the way builders price builds: based on what the job actually involves. Bedrooms, storeys, foundation type, outbuildings, distance from Mildura. The booking quiz adds these up in front of you, so you see exactly how the number is built.

Why we publish prices
You're buying a house — possibly the biggest purchase of your life. The last thing you need is to be ringing three inspectors for quotes the week your cooling-off period closes. Published pricing means you know what to budget for and can book the moment you need to.
How payment works
No card required at booking. You secure your slot, we conduct the inspection, then we send a tax invoice. Pay by card, bank transfer, or PayID. The full written report is released the moment the invoice is paid — usually within hours.
